Tasks:

1. Go to the tree identification site What Tree Is it?, click on Background information and look at the information describing types of leaves and fruit. Create a simple table of all the leaf and fruit types (do not include examples of species):

2. Now click on Identify by Leaf and Identify by Fruit and carefully follow the instructions to identify the trees in your workbook.

3. Once you have identified the tree, write down the data in note-form in your workbook (10 species per student).

4. For those trees that are not on this site look in the Tree Identification site:

7. Prepare a glossary of specialist terms (term in English, definition in English, Spanish equivalent). You can use the resources in point 5.
